Registration and Payment
Application forms should be received before 15 May 2011.
A mandatory deposit of 50% of the TOTAL cost should be made upon reservation to the name of Le Mechant.com Ltd.
Applications for participation in the Show are validated upon receipt of the deposit.
Full payment should be made before the deadline - 25 May 2011.
For late registrations, after 15 May 2011, full payment is required at booking.


Cancellations
If you withdraw from the Show or cancel space reserved by you for any reason, the deposit will not be returned and we reserve the right to relet the space.
For cancellations made after 25 May 2011, Le Mechant.com Ltd reserves the right to demand full payment for the space reserved and may relet the space.
Should the show for any cause not be held, your payment will be refunded but you will have no claim against us e.g. for loss of profit.

Advertising materials and Le Mechant.com Website
We may include free of charge on the Show website your name and a brief description of your company.
Your company name and logo might also appear on the advertisements and publicities made prior to the event.
However, Le Mechant.com Ltd reserves the right not to include any exhibitor in its advertisements and publicities if and where deemed necessary.


Set up and Removal
You can access the exhibition area at Phoenix Commercial Centre on Friday 3rd June 2011 from 12pm to 8pm to assemble your stand.
All trade stand equipment should be removed by 8.30pm on Sunday 5th June 2011  No stand shall be dismantled and no goods or exhibits removed until it is safe to do so which is likely to be after 7pm on Sunday 5th June 2011.


Passes
You will be issued with 4 entrance passes free of charge for named persons. These will be handed over on Friday 3rd June 2011.
These passes are non-transferable but changes can be made upon agreement with us.


Responsibility
You are totally liable for any damage caused to your vehicle on site and for any accident caused by you whilst on site.


Refuse
You will be wholly responsible for the total clearance of all space allocated to you
